01 — Who we are
Mesra Alam Sekitar Sdn. Bhd. is a DOE iRemote-registered CEMS consultant based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Established in 2010, we provide complete Continuous Emissions Monitoring System services to Malaysia's palm oil, energy, cement and manufacturing industries — built around our own data acquisition platform, which integrates with the Department of Environment's iRemote / CEMS 3.0 system so that compliant emission data reaches the regulator continuously.
Mesra served as a Technical Committee Member and Reviewer for the official DOE CEMS Guidelines, and is an appointed member of JSM Working Group NSC 26 / TC 8 / WG 4 — the national body behind Malaysian Standards MS 1596 and MS 2564 — alongside DOE, MPOB, TNB, Petronas and leading Malaysian universities.
From system design and installation through calibration, QAL testing and continuous monitoring — one team owns the whole lifecycle.
Every system is engineered around the DOE Clean Air Regulations 2014, so your facility stays inspection-ready, all year round.
Over 15 years of uninterrupted CEMS specialisation — and more than 200 facilities monitored nationwide.
02 — Our purpose
We believe that improving the lives of the people around us positively impacts our own — so we apply the best of our engineering and business capability to make a measurable difference to Malaysia's air and environment.

04 — Our technology
Compliance depends on data that is captured accurately and delivered reliably. Mesra combines proven field instrumentation with our own acquisition and software layer, so emissions data flows cleanly from the stack to the regulator.

Mills, power, cement & process facilities.
200+ SICK DH-T100-class dust & opacity monitors.
Captures, conditions & transmits continuously.
CEMS 3.0 national compliance platform.
iRemote / CEMS 3.0 is the Department of Environment's national platform, and transmitting CEMS data to it is a regulatory requirement. Our data acquisition platform integrates directly with it — so emission data flows to the regulator accurately and continuously, keeping facilities compliant at all times.
